Join the Library Freedom Project in this guided tour of turning AI off on your personal device(s). Ever wondered why tech companies are so eager to integrate AI into everything? In this talk, we’ll break down the reasons behind the AI push and how it’s reshaping the tech landscape. We’ll also cover how you can take control—whether it’s removing AI from your operating system, fine-tuning search engines, or disabling AI features on your favorite apps and websites. And of course, we’ll tackle the big question: Is AI actually useful, or is it all just hype? Let’s separate fact from fiction and explore what AI really means for our digital lives.Bring your questions!
